The Omega series has traditionally been a speed-oriented series, with the IV (Four) series combined with Vega’s rotational performance, the V (Five) specializing in rotational performance and grip, and the low arch wire and competitive strength. VII (Seven) large 3 series is still on sale. Not all rubbers have been tried out on katsuo000, but we have tried out representative rubbers centered on the Omega VII series. For the weight, the habit of plus alpha and the unique performance feel a little lacking.

For the fore, katsuo000 has used the best rubber such as Hurricane and Dignics 05. To be honest, I haven’t felt any merit compared to those rubbers, and I’m still up to the present. I think that one of the reasons why it is hard to feel the merit is that it is often a mad rubber and it needs power to bite into it. It may be said that it is not a rubber that can be used easily enough to maximize the spin performance. Until now, I haven’t used it continuously, and it may be said that I changed it before reaching the hitting method that was suitable for this rubber. However, there are many rubbers that have a sense of stability even when the way of hitting is not suitable for the rubber, and it will be a rubber series that is easy to handle regardless of the swing.

Since the Omega VII Tour i series has not been announced in 2020, the Omega VII Hyper is treated as the most balanced rubber. Next is the one created from the 2021 pamphlet.
2021
On the other hand, in the 2021 version, the speed and spin of Vega Pro are relative values when it is set to 10. After all, you can see that the OMEGA VII Tour i series has high performance. Omega VII China Shadow emphasizes high spin performance in both 2020 and 2021.
You can see that the Omega VII series is heavy and hard. Omega VII Pro is considered to be easy to handle because it is more difficult than Tenergy 05. On the other hand, the Omega VII Tour, VII Hyper, and VII China Shadows have extraordinary hardness and weight. It can be said that the China shadow is similar to the Dignics 09C in that it is difficult to bite.

After all the rubber of Omega VII is heavy. I have also tried Omega VII Hyper in the past, but the Hyper was 54 g. 57-60 g, which is even heavier than its hyper. .. .. This is a super heavyweight. But isn’t it salvation that it’s not as much as 65g of Nittaku’s Hurricane Pro III Turbo Blue? Also, Virtuoso AC is a little wider than the blade area of the standard racket, so it tends to be heavy. Well, it’s heavy. When I exceed 200 g, I feel heavy and difficult.

To be honest, I couldn’t handle it. It’s a tremendous rubber. However, it was a rubber that strongly felt the excitement while it could not be handled. My favorite is the library from the middle team. When I lowered the hitting point like a leopard, I felt that it was easy to control the amount of rotation and speed by driving with the ball difficult to lift from below. If you do this with Dignics 05, you will either over-miss or get caught on the net. Also, I think that it is different from Hurricane because it is not completely handled, but it was that even from the middle team, it was possible to get faster than Hurricane. I would like to continue using it for a while.

It was also featured in the World Table Tennis Kingdom, but the monster-like amount of rotation and habit of Omega VII China’s shadow is amazing! When I was able to drive with my body firmly in, the ball’s harshness was something I had never seen before! Roughness was rather similar to Rasanter R53, and it was rough so that the lateral rotation remained as it was. I didn’t feel the ball sinking so much, but I think it may not have been handled. It was a rubber that felt the vision that if it could be handled completely, it would be possible to freely perform both speed drive and super-rotating loop drive!
It has a high potential, and I felt that it was the one and only rubber that could approach the leopard if it was handled. Still, the price is cheaper than Hurricane (blue sponge)! This is interesting!
Even though it’s an adhesive (tacky) rubber, it bounces like spin tension rubber!
Although it is an adhesive rubber, what surprised me was its speed performance. Coupled with the fact that I tried it in a small table tennis field, I felt the speed performance was comparable to that of spin-type tension rubber. Because the rubber is hard, it was easy to hit it like playing, but once the speed drive was decided, it was fast enough to punch through. On the other hand, in order to handle it, I also thought that it was necessary to let it bite firmly and spin the ball instead of playing it. I think it has tremendous potential.
Also, because it pops out well, I felt that the racket should be wood or an inner carbon racket. Fore felt that the outer ALC was good for power, but I felt that the outer carbon was too bouncing to take advantage of its characteristic rotational performance. As for the back, I wanted to use Dignics 05 for the inner ALC, so I felt it was just right. However, due to the Omega VII China Ying, Dignics 05 is also harder and easier to feel, so I think it is better to balance it well.

Anyway, it was a rubber that was hard to hit as I imagined, so I could not understand the reason. This is a rampage horse unless it can be used and handled for a long time. Currently, I am thinking of continuing to use it, but first of all, it is heavy, so I am considering how to extend it as a measure against weight. With this, it seems that the upper limit of weight can finally be reduced to the 57 g level. I also decided to take all the side balancers. I am looking forward to seeing what kind of features and performance will come out in the future.

Light hit
I didn’t really care about the light hits. That’s how much it bounces. When the light hits continued, I tried to push the racket forward like pushing the racket, but the ball still goes up and enters. There was a strong sense of discomfort and habit around here as well.
Drive on long balls and rallies
I wasn’t used to it yet, and it was easy to hit it in a way that was suitable for spin-type tension rubber, and when I hit it with a strong impact, I often played it without being able to fully rotate it. The swing speed is still too slow, and I think I haven’t been able to open the surface. The experience of lacking my power and swing speed in the foreground has been a feeling since I started studying for the test when I was in junior high school. I was excited for the first time in 20 years. I want to practice hard and get used to it! Also, I was surprised and felt the high potential that the speed drive was able to hit even from the middle team. I think it is necessary to adjust the spin tension rubber in consideration of the rotation of the opponent, but with this Omega VII China shadow, it was nice to have a feeling of screwing in.
Drive with open face
It seems to be an adhesive rubber, it was easier to speed drive by opening the surface for downward rotation hitting etc. The speed performance was perfect. I want to be able to handle more and add rotation to speed.
Loop (top spin) drive against back spin
It was shallow and easy to drive with a large amount of rotation. However, because it bounces for its hardness, the ball is easy to float, and it was difficult to put out a low loop drive. You will get used to this area.
Speed drive against back spin
This is also easy to get speed, so I almost went flat. If you sink the ball by rotating it firmly, you will get a stable and aggressive speed drive.
Curve / shoot drive
Side spin is also easy to remain, and this area was a pretty good impression. Of course, it is said that it is better to open the surface of the adhesive rubber because it is easier to rotate due to the impact, but I also felt that this rubber could create a new habit by getting caught. Especially in the de library, the taste will come out.
Block
It bounced so it didn’t fall. This also made me feel uncomfortable.
Counter drive
As I get used to it, I feel that I can do the most stable and comfortable counter drive so far.
Stop
This was good! It was easy to cut.
Push
It was easy to cut it and send it low. This alone seemed to be a weapon.
Fore flick
It bounces, but I think it is more stable if it is sunk by rotating it. It was easy to do.
Serve
The number of service ace has increased. As you get used to it, the amount of rotation is very good.
