Dynaryz series is Joola’s latest rubber, which will be released in the spring of 2020. As of 2020, it is located in Joola’s latest high-end rubber. Joola is rather a famous manufacturer of large ball table tennis in Japan, and I think that many of you are familiar with it. However, Joola’s equipment is often mentioned when reading the World Table Tennis Kingdom. I imagined that there were many good products. The rubber that katsuo000 tried this time is Dynalyz AGR. There are two types of dynamization, soft ACC and hard AGR. The naming is so cool that I don’t want to say “Dynaryz!” Dynaryz uses a new technology sponge and sheet, which gives a good shot feeling! That was emphasized. I didn’t have much information about what kind of rubber it was, but I bought it with the expectation that it was not a bad rubber because of its performance value and price range.
Published performance value
Dynaryz is the highest-ranked rubber in Joola’s rubber category called premium, and the price is also the highest at 7,600 yen + tax. Will it be discounted to around 5,500 yen? It’s quite expensive. The Dynaryz AGR has better rotation and speed performance than the Rhyzer Pro, so I didn’t like it, but my expectations were high! You can think of Joola’s No. 1 spin tension rubber as the Dynaryz AGR!
Dynaize AGR pasting and weight
It wasn’t that heavy. Even with the ball, it was a softer rubber than the Rhyzer Pro 50.

The bite was better than I had imagined, and I was worried if I put it on to be honest. When I actually tried it, it ended up in a misery.
Three features of Dynaryz AGR
Feeling is Tenergy 80! Spin amount is Tenergy05!
The first thing I felt when I used it was, “Oh, this is a hard sponge, but it’s a rubber that bites into it!” And it looks like Tenergy! The ball is released a little early, so it feels like a Tenergy 80 hit. The person who received it said that it was a lively drive with a lot of rotation. The amount of rotation is a sensation, but I felt that there was something close to Tenergy 05!
As an aside, I imagine that German manufacturers have been developing rubber like Tenergy with the aim of overthrowing Tenergy. Anyway, it was a rubber that can be used even with a back that has a good bite and a relatively weak impact. The price is high, but I thought it was a very tenacious rubber! I think it’s cheaper than Tenergy, and I think it’s an ant considering its lifespan!
The ball is heavy even though it is easy to hit repeatedly with a light feel!
What I felt after using it was that it was easy to hit repeatedly! However, you said that the ball is heavy to some extent. I don’t think it’s that heavy in terms of shot feeling, but it seems that there are balls that are spinning more than I imagined because of the good bite. In the past, German-made rubber had the image of being able to put out a ball like a habit ball if it was hard and could be bitten into it, but I think it was difficult to hit repeatedly. However, Dynaryz AGR is easy to hit repeatedly! I think this is not a German rubber, but rather a rubber that has the characteristics of a Japanese rubber!
Satisfactory both spin and speed even in backhand!
Very well balanced rubber, easy to use in the fore and back! The fore of katsuo000 likes hard rubber, so if you use Dynaryz, I think it’s on the back side. I tried to hit the downward rotation loop drive with the backhand, but I noticed that the person who did the opponent was quite over-missed and the amount of rotation was higher than I imagined from the shot feeling. I think that the amount of rotation was about the same as Tenergy 80 or Tenergy 05! Also, the drive was very lively, and I felt that it could be expressed that the drive is easy to stretch with the amount of rotation, rather than being violent or rough. I think it’s a very high-performance rubber that is easy to handle but powerful! The image of katsuo000 was a rubber that made Rasanter R48 a little harder. If you make it harder, it may look like Rasanter R53, but it’s not as hard as R53, and if you want more power than R48 but R53 is too hard, it may be just the right rubber.
Each technical review
Forehand
Light hit It was 50 g, but it is soft. At the same weight, Dignics 09C and Tenergy 05 Hard, but the Dynalyz AGR was overwhelmingly easier to bite and handle.
Drive on long balls and rallies It’s easy to bite in, so it’s easy to speed up, and it’s easy to hit a strong rotation drive because it gets caught firmly.
Drive with open face It’s better to open the surface, but if you let it bite too much, I felt that the thicker sponge makes it easier to get a longer flight distance than I imagined.
Loop (top spin) drive against back spin I was able to obtain a satisfactory amount of rotation even when using it in the foreground. Since it is good to pop out, it seems that a deep loop drive with a fast ball foot by rotation is more likely to be a weapon than a low, shallow and slow loop drive.
Speed drive against back spin It was easy to hit because the speed drive was also easy to bite. Since it hits the board compared to Tenergy 05, if you try to speed up too much, it may not rotate and it may not be stable.
Curve / shoot drive It was not so hard so it was a normal curve / shoot drive.
Block Since the seat is strong, it was easy to do for the bite.
Counter drive If the hitting point is too early, it will not be stable, so if you take a good distance and overwrite it, it will be stable.
Stop I couldn’t cut it, but I was able to return it low.
Push I couldn’t cut it, but it was possible to suppress it.
Back hand
Light hit I was able to use it without any discomfort.
Drive on long balls and rallies It was easy to rotate and very stable. Since the shot feeling is not a mad rubber, it was easy to hit repeatedly.
Loop (top spin) drive against back spin Although it is easy to hit repeatedly, I was surprised at the amount of rotation. It’s a good rubber!
Speed drive against back spin It’s a little difficult, but I think it will be stable if you practice because it bites well.
Block It was easy to block meat balls because it bites well.
Stop It doesn’t rotate, but it was easy to do.
Push It doesn’t rotate, but it was easy to do.
Chiquita I made a little too much bite and made some over mistakes, but once I get used to it, I think I can do it without any problems.
Comparison with other rubbers (individual impressions)
The best-selling rubber in Japan. It’s neither Butterfly’s monster rubber, the Tenergy series, nor Dignics, which surpasses monster rubber. The best-selling rubber in Japan, it will be Nittaku’s Fastarc G-1! It can be said that it was too late to review, but I was finally able to try it out, so I will review it again.
Why is Fastarc G-1 the best-selling product in Japan?
There are three main reasons why this rubber is the best-selling rubber in Japan. The three reasons are as follows.
・Introduction of plastic balls ・Price increase of the Tenergy series (open price) ・Use of top players
・Introduction of plastic balls With the introduction of plastic balls, the balls have become harder. When the ball was changed from 38 mm to 40 mm, it became harder to rotate, but it didn’t rotate anymore. Following the change from cell balls to plastic balls, the evaluation of hard and rotating rubber has risen. Fastarc G-1 is a hard and rotating rubber, so it can be said that it is a rubber that fits plastic balls. It can be said that the introduction of plastic balls has raised the evaluation of Fastarc G-1.
・Price increase of Tenergy series (open price) Monster rubber and Tenergy series are now open price. This is a real price increase. Before the open price, the table tennis shop was able to benefit from a 20 to 30% discount on the list price, which was around 5,000 yen. However, Mr. Butterfly has become an open price, and now Tenergy has become an expensive rubber that costs more than 7,000 yen. It has become a rubber that selects the user again. It seems that the number of players exploring post-Tenergy has increased due to this influence. Certainly, when it costs 10,000 yen for one piece of rubber, it seems that many table people’s wallets seemed to be tough. The Fastarc G-1 has a list price of 6,000 yen + tax and pricing may have been just right. From this price, you can get a store discount at the table tennis shop, so you can actually buy it for less than 5,000 yen!
・Use of top players And finally, it’s the usage record of top players. After all, it is Kasumi Ishikawa and Mima Ito of the Japan Women’s National Team. In addition, both boys and Masatoshi Morizono use Fastarc G-1 for Chiquita. It can be said that the fact that both male and female top players have a track record of use in this way has a very large advertising effect. It seems that Kasumi Ishikawa is not currently using it, but Mima Ito is using it on the fore side! (Rumors such as SNS say that Mima Ito is currently using the 50 ° Fastarc G-1, but he is using the Fastarc G-1 anyway). It is true that the fact that Mima Ito is using it has become a huge advertising effect and trust, and many tablemates have come to think that they want to use it or want to use it.
Fastarc series
I would like to touch on the origins of the Fastarc G-1 and other Fastarc series. According to Nittaku, Fastarc’s name is a coined word that combines the English words Fast and Arc! The rubber with the highest rotational performance in the Fastarc series is the Fastarc G-1. Other Fastarc series have the same sponge hardness and speed type sheet grain shape, Fastarc P-1, and the sponge hardness is soft and the same type sheet grain shape as G-1. Fastarc C-1 is on sale, and Fastarc S-1 is a speed type sheet with a soft sponge hardness. There are not as many types as the Tenergy series, but it can be said that it is easy to pick up as a post-Tenergy because the explanation is easy to imagine on the pamphlet. Also, unlike the Tenergy series, the Fastarc series has different prices depending on the type, G-1 and P-1 are the highest, and C-1 and S-1 with soft sponge hardness are also happy that the price is set cheaply. Hey. If you feel that G-1 is too hard, you may want to change to C-1. The G of Fastarc G-1 seems to be the G of Grip, and it is said that it is a rubber that “grips with a seat and draws an arc”.
Published performance value
Nittaku also sells the Hurricane series that uses seats made in China, and two of the Hurricane Pro III Turbo series and other Hurricane series that have become a hot topic in recent years. The rotation performance of the is remarkably high. Rubbers such as the Fastarc P-1 and Alhelg, which disappeared from the 2020 pamphlet, are more expensive than the Fastarc G-1 in terms of speed performance. It can be said that the rubber that is most often referred to as the balanced type is the standing position among the Nittaku rubbers of Fastarc G-1. Or is it the rubber with the highest rotational performance among spin tension rubbers?

Three features of Fastarc G-1
If you can control it well, it will take a lot of rotation!
This rubber felt very good. After all, I felt that it would take a lot of rotation. I’m seriously thinking about using it for my job. Sweat. It took a lot of rotation! Serve was also able to make a downward rotation like the ball returns like Dignics 05! This is great! It will be a comparison with Dignics 05, but the ease of handling is overwhelmingly G-1, and the speed performance is better with Dignics 05. Also, while I felt the high performance of Dignics 05 for the ease of aligning the balls, I felt that the G-1 had a wide range of rotation. I felt once again that this difference is a part that must be noted when the opponent uses the G-1 in the game.
Chiquita is easy to do! Easy to control both spin type and speed type chiquita!
After all I felt that Chiquita was extremely easy to put in. You have plenty of time to grip the ball. I felt that the amount of rotation would drop a little, but the Fastarc G-1 was easier to do with Chiquita than the Dignics 05! I understand why Morizono uses it!
You can hit a drive with a wide range of spin!
As I mentioned in the first one, I think it’s a habit ball that seems to be German rubber or G-1. Even if I was driving in the same way, I felt that there was a considerable range of rotation amount depending on when I was able to apply rotation as much as I could and when I just put it in or bounced it. I felt that this has the effect of disturbing the opponent’s block angle by using the Fastarc G-1. Actually, I also felt that the block angle was easy to get out of order when the opponent was driving with G-1 in the game, but I felt that it was easy to hit such a drive!
Each technical review
Forehand
Light hit I didn’t feel any discomfort. I felt that the hardness was quite similar to that of Dignics 05. I felt that it was a little hard and hard rubber compared to Tenergy.
Drive on long balls and rallies When using the G-1, I felt that the lower the ball, the less the ball stretched. If it goes down, it will drive like playing, but I felt that it would be a drive that does not stretch and speed does not come out with such a rotation method. If you rotate it with a sheet like using adhesive rubber, or hit it like V> 15 Extra and make it bite into it, and then rotate it from the bite before you play it, you can hit a good drive with rotation. I felt that. Perhaps the G-1 has a Tenergy 05-like feel and a grip like an adhesive rubber, so I felt that it would be easier to drive even with a drive that captures only the seat and takes the plunge to rotate. I’m not used to driving when I bite into it and spin it, but I felt that V> 15 Extra is probably more likely to be a violent drive. Also, because it is a hard rubber, I felt that the ball was released fairly quickly. In the front team, I think you can feel the speed of the ball because it is quite fast. On the other hand, when driving from the middle team and the apse, if you do not hit it fairly firmly, you may feel lack of power such as insufficient speed and insufficient rotation. On the contrary, if it doesn’t go down to that level, I felt that G-1 was better than Dignics 05.
Drive with open face This is also easy to hit! It felt very good. It was quite difficult to put the amount of rotation on the speed drive, but it was easy to stabilize, so it felt very good!
Loop (top spin) drive against back spin This was a pretty good feeling! I felt that you could drive with a very strong rotation. I think it’s a good rubber. In terms of the amount of rotation, I think it is at a level comparable to Tenergy 05 and Dignics 05. Probably, in plastic balls, the maximum value of the amount of rotation may be higher in G-1 than in Tenergy 05 due to the hardness of the sponge.
Speed drive against back spin I think the amount of rotation will drop, but it was very easy to hit. This was a strange feeling. The image of Tenergy is that the swing speed and angle are more severe. I think it’s because I’m not good at spinning with speed drive.
Curve / shoot drive This didn’t bend as much as I expected. After all I felt the range of the amount of rotation.
Block It was easy to do because I could grip the ball. Especially the block for speed drive was pretty easy to do!
Counter drive I felt that it was a little more susceptible to the influence of the opponent’s drive because it was easy to spin. I felt that it was necessary to get used to this area.
Stop It grips, so it was very easy to stop. nice one!
Push It was good because it also grips. However, it seemed to be lighter if I took it easy.
Serve I’m glad I was able to cut it firmly. It felt pretty good!
Back hand
Light hit I’m glad I didn’t feel any discomfort here either! Rasanter R48 and Rasanter R53 were also good rubbers, but due to the difference in the grain shape of the sheet, it was easy to feel the ball coming off, and I felt that it was necessary to get used to it. However, I like the G-1 because it has a thick grain and a narrow grain shape between the grains, so you can hit the ball with the image of firmly gripping the ball and then releasing it, which gives you a sense of stability. Is good!
Drive on long balls and rallies This was also very easy to do! In the case of Dignics 05, the speed and the amount of rotation are very high, but the appearance of the arch line and the trajectory of the ball change considerably depending on whether you hit it like playing or hitting it with rotation. With a backhand that tends to slow down the swing speed, it often fails to rotate the ball, so it’s really difficult to stabilize, isn’t it? Sweat. On the other hand, since there is no such thing in G-1, I felt that the return ball itself was very easy to do. However, I think that the ball quality is likely to be low. However, by using high-performance rubber such as Dignics 05 for the forehand, I felt that the difference in ball quality could be used as a weapon! This was also felt when using V> 15 Extra. I think the combination of Japanese rubber and German rubber is an ant!
Loop (top spin) drive against back spin Very easy to hit! nice one~! It grips so it was easy to hit the ball as you imagined! By taking the plunge, I was able to put it on the opponent’s court without anxiety!
Speed drive against back spin It’s also an easy-to-play rubber, so it was easier to do than Tenergy 05! Dignics 05 is also easy to get speed, and recently it has come in quite a bit, but maybe it is easier to handle than Dignics 05, so I feel that G-1 can enter even if the swing speed is slow!
Block German rubber balls are easy to block, but loop drives such as the Dignics 09C are subject to rotation and have many over-misses. I felt that it was necessary to get used to this area. I don’t feel like the seat is losing, so I think you can get used to it.
Counter drive I found it easier to do than Tenergy 05. I feel that the seat is strong.
Stop This was also good! It will stop!
Push It will expire! Is good! Because it grips firmly, it didn’t float and I liked the shot feeling!
Chiquita It’s easy to do! It was great!
Comparison with other rubbers (individual impressions)
Spin amount Dignics 05 > Fastarc G-1 ≧ Tenergy 05
Ease of spin Tenergy 05 > Fastarc G-1 > V>15 Extra
We would like to review Butterfly (Tamasu)’s Tenergy 19 which is one of the highlights of the new products in the spring of 2021. Although it is still new, I would like to write about Tenergy 05 again.
The release of the world standard Tenergy 05 dates back to April 2008, about 13 years ago. Tenergy 05, which still wants the name of the world standard even after more than 10 years have passed due to the prohibition of post-processing with organic solvents, has become an existence that can not be talked about without it when thinking about table tennis. It has become commonplace for all-Japan championship rankers to have multiple players, regardless of gender, who use Tenergy 05, and it has become commonplace for competitors to catch up with Tenergy 05 and develop new products to overtake. At the moment, katsuo000 thinks that the rubber that is conscious of Tenergy 05 is Evolution MX-P (TIBHAR), Target Pro GT-H47 (cornilleau), and rotation performance with similar shot feeling. I think the Rasanter R48 (andro), which is similar to the Rasanter R48, and the Dynaryz AGC (joola), which has a similar shot feeling and rotation performance. In addition, it is compatible with wood plywood rackets and has similar rotation performance, and the counter performance is Q5 (mizuno) which can be said to exceed Tenergy 05 and Rasanter R53 (andro) which makes you feel the rotation performance higher than Tenergy. Even rubber that makes you feel that it exceeds Tenergy 05 has come to appear. On the other hand, Butterfly will release Rosena, which is a low-priced version of Tenergy in April 2017, and Tenergy 05 Hard, which is a harder version of Tenergy 05 in November 2018, in April 2019. Dignics 05 has been released as a rubber that surpasses. Then, in March 2021, when the transition from tenergy to dignics was beginning to appear, the new tenergy, tenergy 19, was released again. The published performance value of this Tenergy 19 is a rubber with spin and speed performance of Tenergy 05 or higher, so after disseminating information, it became a hot topic on SNS and Youtube at once. What kind of strategy and customer needs did Butterfly, who has released a new product of Tenergy, decide to sell Tenergy 19? I don’t know the true meaning, but all the famous You Tubers are giving a test shot video here because it is a newTenergy. katsuo000 is completely unknown, and I think it will be a latecomer review when I post this review, but I would like to reiterate what katso000 felt, and I hope you enjoy including such content.
Top sheet
The characteristics of each rubber are different depending on the grain shape used for the top sheet. Up to now, there are 4 types of 05, 80, 64, 25 depending on the difference in sheet shape, and 2 types of 4 x 2 types depending on the hardness of the sponge. In addition, there are nine types of Tenergy, including Tenergy 05 Hard, which has a harder sponge to further emphasize the characteristics of Tenergy 05, which is highly used by top players. Each top sheet is sold with a key phrase, which is said to be “Rotation 05”, “Balance 80”, “Speed 64”, and “Front 25”. The 10th Tenergy 19 top sheet was released with the key phrase “Power 19”. The top sheet of this Tenergy 19 uses “development code No. 219” with a narrow gap between the tubs, which means that it is a rubber that has both speed and rotation and has a feeling of grasping the ball especially in the Tenergy. I think there will be the following types of Butterfly’s top sheets, including Dignics.
No. 05: 1.7 mm grain spacing is narrow. High rotation performance. No. 25: The height of 2.65 mm grains is low. Easy to play on the table and counter. No. 64: 1.7 mm wide grain spacing. High speed performance. No. 180: 1.7 mm grain spacing is in the middle. The rotation and speed are well-balanced. No. 209: The height of 1.5 mm grains is low. Achieves both adhesive strength and momentum at a high level. No. 219: 1.5 mm grain spacing is narrow. It is easy to grab the ball well and put out power.
You can see that the top sheet has already exceeded 200, and we have been studying that much grain shape. Although the above mentions grains, there are three factors in grain shape: grain height, grain thickness, and grain spacing, which are probably 0.01 mm to 3.00 for grain thickness alone. I wonder if it’s about mm (300 types by itself). I don’t know how many combinations of grain height and sensation there are, but it seems that there are about 1000 types. I think that we are developing by aiming rather than sieving in detail and considering mass production technology. I definitely want to do this kind of examination, katsuo000, a science expert. I thought it would be fun.
Published performance value
After all, I think that the point of interest of Tenergy 19 is that it has a numerical value with performance exceeding Tenergy 05. I think that it is an amazing rubber that the rotation and speed are higher than the world standard Tenergy 05.
Easy-to-use technology
Radar charts are posted on Butterfly’s homepage for easy-to-use technologies for each Tenergy. I measured the ease of doing each technology with a measure, and made the numerical values in the figure below. Top spin slow drive Speed drive Counter drive Play on the table Block Smash Personally important items are loop drive, speed drive, bench play, block and counter drive. If the smash is not adhesive rubber, you will get used to it.
Looking at this chart, Tenergy 19 seems to be more difficult to drive and block than Tenergy 05. While the published performance value is high, it may be inferior to Tenergy 05 in terms of high quality drive.
Recommended blade combination
Combinations recommended by the manufacturer are also posted. I will post this as well. All of the following are quoted from Butterfly’s homepage.
Tenergy 19
・ Lin Yun-Ju Super ZLC
Pursuing both speed and spin
・ Inner Force Layer ZLC
Powerful play with an emphasis on rotation
・ Timo Boll ALC
For all-round play in pursuit of power
Tenergy 19 with a very good ball holding is proposed to be combined with a ZLC racket and Timo Boll ALC with a tip center of gravity, which is easy to exert power among outer ALC. Certainly, the feel is soft, so the combination with the hard outer Super ZLC seems to be balanced. I also think that it will be suitable for outer ZLC, Timo Boll ZLC and Zhang Jike ZLC (Zhang Jike ZLC). I feel like I pushed for a new racket that will be released in 2021.
Pre-trial information from You tube
As for the performance when the information is transmitted on the net, the information of rubber located between Tenergy 05 and Dignics 05 is also transmitted, and it is receiving a lot of attention. As far as I watched the test shot video, I heard some opinions that it was more suitable for the back than the fore, and also that the amount of rotation was lower than that of Tenergy 05. I would like to review that in the words of katsuo000.
From the already available Youtube video Tenergy 19 test shot video, I think that the following is a brief summary of Tenergy 19. Shot feeling: soft Tenergy 19 < tenergy 05 hard Arc: strong Tenergy 19 > Tenergy 05 linear Easy to spin: Tenergy 19 > Tenergy 05 Maximum spin amount: strong Tenergy 05 > Tenergy 19 weak Based on these points, I would like to review katsuo000 as well.
Tenergy 19 weight and paste
The rubber weight of Tenergy 19 was about 47 g. It’s a little lighter than Tenergy 05 (48 g). Butterfly’s characteristic is that there are many high-performance and lightweight rubbers as a whole, and you can see that this time too, it is light and of high quality!

Three features of Tenergy 19
To be honest, it was a betrayed rubber in a good way. Especially when I used it in the foreground, the impression was quite good. Even though it was soft, the stop stopped and it was easy to counter, so I felt it was quite cheat. This unique feeling is exactly the Butterfly Quality that leads the world! Certainly I was a little dissatisfied with the amount of rotation, but it was a rubber that I could swing forward with confidence without feeling the anxiety of over-missing that is often felt with speed rubber and the feeling that the ball does not sink due to rotation!
It is easy to power drive the third ball a little forcibly!
It’s very difficult to hit, so it was easy to hit with swing speed and power without worrying about the amount of rotation of the ball. Students may not understand it now, but it feels like you are hitting the third ball with a rubber coated with an organic solvent, and you can use a speed drive (power drive) to forcefully hit the rubber. It was very pleasant to feel that! Also, as mentioned above, there was a sense of security that the speed drive would sink firmly and enter the table because it would rotate! I felt that this feeling did not exist in Tenergy 64 and Dignics 64.
Even though it is soft, the stop is stuck! It’s easy to counter!
Both the stop and the counter were very good. Rubber that feels soft tends to be affected by the rotation of the opponent at the stop and counter, but rather this Tenergy 19 is surprised that the stop is just right and the counter is easy to do! It’s really tenacious!
In top soin rally, the arch line is ugly!
By adopting the No. 219 sheet, which has a good bite, I felt that the trajectory became more aggressive in addition to the ease of handling! After drawing a very strong arc and entering the opponent’s court, I felt the ball jumping up like Dignics 09C and Dignics 05! This sometimes appears in Tenergy 05, but I think it will be difficult if you do not hit the ball in a fairly good position. On the other hand, with Tenergy 19, I was able to get this trajectory quite easily and it felt very good. It’s not just about speed, but I felt that the strong arc and the bouncing trajectory were the third feature of the new Tenergy 19!
Each technical review
Fore hand
Light hit I didn’t feel any difference with a light hit. After all I feel the softness.
Drive in the rally I didn’t feel that the speed drive that I hit in the rally was so good. It’s just normal. However, even with smash and meat, it is easy to get a long distance and it feels stable, so I felt that this is the characteristic of Tenergy 19. It feels like you can carry smashes and meat with power. I feel that this feeling has led to inspiration for the ease of hitting the third ball.
Drive with open face The speed drive with the face open was pretty good as mentioned above. In addition, I’m glad that I felt like I could forcefully drive even if I got involved a little!
Loop (top spin) drive against back spin I felt that even a difficult half-long ball was easy to make a high-quality loop drive. Rather than just attacking with the amount of rotation, it was easier to screw in with power (feeling that you can create the arc line of your own image with a swing and take it as it is).
Speed drive against back spin This was the best. Although it is said that the rotation performance is better than Tenergy 05, the amount of rotation that comes from the shot feeling when hit with a seat feels a little weak, and it is undeniable that I feel dissatisfied with the amount of rotation compared to the usual Dignics 05. I didn’t, but I’m wondering if I should use Tenergy 19 for this speed power drive.
Block It feels like a soft shot, but I didn’t feel that it was easily affected by the rotation of the opponent. In particular, I feel that soft Tenergy like Tenergy 05 FX is very susceptible to the rotation of the opponent, but I felt that it was not the case.
Counter drive It’s easy to do. There was a feeling that the ball was sinking firmly. I felt that I could counter drive with confidence.
Stop It’s easy to stop. I just played it more than I thought I would spin it. This area will be an arm.
Push After all, I felt that Tenergy 05 and Dignics 05 had more rotation.
Flick Since it is a rubber that is easy to handle, the way of hitting it was stable. Of course, I think it will be stable even when rotating.
Serve A serve with a high amount of rotation was produced by applying rotation so as to hit it like Dignics 05. I didn’t feel it was difficult to put it out.
Back hand
Light hit There was no particular discomfort with the light hit.
Drive in the rally It was easy to drive. However, I felt that the quality of the ball was a little low.
Loop (top spin) drive against back spin It was easy to do. It’s very grippy so it’s easy to lift. Its quality may be a little low.
Block It was easy to do. I think it is not easily affected by spin.
Counter drive It was easier to do counter meet than counter.
Stop Easy to stop.
Push I flew a little. I felt that Tenergy 05 was easier to do.
Chiquita It was easy to get up, so it felt very good. I think it was as easy to do as VICTAS Triple Double Extra.
Comparison with other rubbers (individual impressions)
Spin amount Tenergy 05 > Tenergy 19 > Tenergy 80
Speed Tenergy 80 > Tenergy 19 > Tenergy 05
Ease of speed drive when biting Tenergy 19 > Dignics 09C > Dignics 05
DONIC is a slightly minor manufacturer in Japan, but Swedish genius Jan-Ove Waldner and Jorgen Persson, and until last year Dimitrij Ovtcharov. It will be the manufacturer that the player has contracted. Ovcharov is a close friend and rival of Jun Mizutani! Recently, I imagine that it is a manufacturer that has been picked up by You Tuber “Goblinzu” in Kansai and is receiving a lot of attention. Goblin’s recommendation seems to be this Blue Storm Z1 turbo.
There are many DONIC rubbers named Blue, and there are currently 20 types.
・Blue Grip (Sticky) 5 kinds ・Blue Storm 7 kinds ・Blue Fire 9 kinds ・Acuda Blue 4 kinds
The blue storm I tried this time will be a speed rubber. It seems that the rotating rubber is blue fire.
Performance value
In the performance announced by Mr. DONIC, I converted +1 to 0.25 and-to 0.1 to create a diagram. As expected, the Z1 turbo is the latest rubber, so the spin and speed will be the best performance among DONIC’s rubbers except for the adhesive rubber. This is promising! Basically, all rubbers with a turbo have the same rotational performance, and it seems that the characteristic of the Blue Storm system is that the speed is fast.

Three features of lue Storm Z1 Turbo
In the rally of the upper rotation, it will not fall even if it is delayed!
The feature of the Blue Storm Z1 Turbo that I felt the most is that it does not fall at all even if it is delayed during the rally of the upper rotation. Therefore, it was possible to apply the minimum drive, and it was possible to rally very stably. The hardness of the sponge is 50 ° according to the German standard, but it bites very well and I felt it was about the middle hardness. I think that the power of the rubber will give you a high level of ability to respond even if you are passive and the reaction is delayed during the upper rotation rally!
The lowness of the arc line and speed is No. 1 in blue rubber!
The low arc line of the Brue Storm Z1 turbo, the speed of ball separation, and the high linearity were far higher than other blue rubbers! The first feature is that it is a rubber that bites well so that it will not fall even if it is delayed, so you can hit a drive with a very stable feeling, yet the drive has a low arch line, the ball separates quickly, and the straightness is good. The high price means that this is a back rubber that has the image of a back main battle type! It was a rubber that was very easy to speed up, and if you noticed just by being aware of putting it in, you could overwhelm the opponent in the rally, or you could turn the opponent behind and behind!
The seat is stiff and not easily affected by rotation!
As I felt with Blue Fire, the seat was stiff, so it was less affected by rotation than I expected, and it felt very good! Since it is not easily affected by rotation, it was quite easy to block and counter drive. Probably it is a stiff sheet, but the thickness is Max + and the thickness of the sheet is thin, so I imagine that it is a sheet that is easy to bite but has a core. There was a feeling that the ball was easy for the opponent to take, but it was a rally-oriented rubber that was stable and easy to handle.
Each technical review
Forehand
Light hit I didn’t feel the hardness. The ball draws an arc, but I felt it was very low.
Drive on long balls and rallies When I went down and tried to hit the drive, I strongly felt the low arc line. If it goes down, it feels like it will fall if you don’t hit it on the net a little. I didn’t feel that the ball would sink due to the amount of rotation, and I simply felt that the arch line was low. Also, I was told by those who received that the drive was not taking at all. On the contrary, I received a comment that it is difficult to take. In a sense, it may be difficult for the drive to rotate. By combining the fore and back with an adhesive rubber or a spin-type tension rubber that often rotates, you may be able to expect a synergistic effect aimed at the difference in the amount of rotation of the drive.
Drive with open face Since the arch line is low, it is easy for the ball to enter shallowly if it is a curve drive that involves it, and inevitably the surface is opened and it is often driven with a slight bump. I didn’t feel that it was easy to increase the amount of rotation because the surface was opened, or to rub it while hitting it, which is peculiar to adhesive.
Loop (top spin) drive against back spin It was quite difficult. I had the impression that the number of net mistakes was more likely than I expected because the arch line was low.
Speed drive against back spin This also has a low arch line, so I felt the need to lift it up.
Curve / shoot drive I had the impression that I didn’t curve / shoot very much. I may be lacking in my ability, but I felt that the amount of rotation was a little weak.
Block The block was easy to do. It was not easily affected by rotation, and it was easy to take from drive to meat knuckleballs.
Counter drive In the foreground, I felt that the ball was released a little faster and I felt it was difficult, but it was generally easy to do.
Stop It floated quite a bit. Also, I think the amount of rotation is small.
Push The speed push was easy.
Fore flick This was easy to do. It was easier to do it closer to angle hitting than to apply rotation.
Backhand
Light hit Is it really 50 °? I felt soft enough to feel.
Drive on long balls and rallies It was easy to do. There was also a sense of stability because it draws an arc even when it is low.
Loop (top spin) drive against back spin It was a little difficult. The arch line was too low and there were a lot of net mistakes.
Speed drive against back spin It’s easy to do with a floating ball, but it was difficult with my own skill in the back.
Curve / shoot drive I could drive sideways, but it didn’t turn much.
Block It was easy to do. I think that it is quite easy to do because it is less affected by rotation and it bites firmly.
Counter drive It was easy to do because it countered like a back hammeet. However, I imagine that it will be difficult to drop the hitting point.
Stop It was not as easy as the fore, but it was easy to float.
Push I couldn’t lower it, but I found it quite difficult to cut.
Chiquita Chiquita, which is faster than I expected, was easy to do. Against vertical strong back spin chiquita was difficult.
Comparison with other rubbers (individual impressions)
Spin amout Blue Fire M1 Turbo > Tenergy 05 > Blue Fire JP01 Turbo > Blue Storm Z1 Turbo
In the performance table, it was hard to feel that it was a rubber with the same amount of rotation as the Blue Fire M1 Turbo. I think the Blue Fire will take overwhelming rotation.
The Evolution series is a rubber series for top players of German table tennis equipment manufacturer TIBHAR. There are 6 types of Evolution series, 3 types of sponge hardness and 2 types of sheet type, and 3 types of sponge hardness x 2 types of sheet. Flexible (Flexible, FX) with the softest sponge hardness, Elastic (Elastic, EL) with intermediate altitude, Hard Maximum (Maximum, MX), Power type sheet (P) and Spin type slightly adhesive sheet (S) is not it. The Evolution MX-P (Evolution Maximum Power) reviewed this time will be a rubber like Tiver’s flagship rubber, which is also used by many top players.
Evolution MX-P is a rubber used by many top players who contract with Tiver, and is used by the following players.
・ Vladimir Samsonov (Belarus)
・ Paul Drinkhall (England)
・ Tazoe Hibiki (Japan)
Speaking of Belarusian Samsonov, he is a 44-year-old European “giant” who is still active. In his 40s, he is still active and features a very stable backhand and a tall and intense forehand drive, and his play style is centered on blocks and counters. He has been ranked number one in the world rankings many times in the past, and still has the ability to win top prizes in European competitions. In addition, Drinkhall is England’s No. 2 young player, and is characterized by forehand drive and counter drive from Recibuchikita and the middle team. The Japanese team is suffering from England’s Drinkhall player in world groups. In this way, the top European players have signed a contract with TIBHAR and are active on the front lines. TIBHAR is a German manufacturer, and although it is a little less well known in Japan, it can be said that it has a solid presence in Europe to support athletes.
Performance Value
I am sorry that it is very difficult to understand. Since the speed and spin performance of Evolution MX-P and Evolution MX-S are the same, they are plotted in the same place.
As you can see from the performance, you can see that the speed performance is high. Some sites use expressions like “10+”, but we have adopted the ones that are evaluated by three-digit numbers. After all, when reflecting the hardness of the sponge, I felt that I could understand what the performance of rubber corresponds to. In the German notation, if the sponge hardness is soft, the bite is good, so it is often thought that rotation will take place, so I think that it is necessary to be careful when comparing within the manufacturer.
MX-P sticking and weight
I pasted it on Zhang Jike ZLC as usual.
As an aside, the color of the sponge is similar to the Dignics series. If you look from the side, you can’t tell the difference unless you look at the rubber name.
Evolution MX-P
Spin tension OFF+
・Sponge Thickness:1.7/1.9/2.1 mm
・Speed:125
・Spin:120
・Control:80
・Sponge stiffness:45.7-47.7°
・6,000 yen + tax
・71 g (before cut) → 48 g (after cut)
In the past, when I put it on a racket with a large racket blade area, I remembered that it weighed about 50 g, which was surprisingly lighter than I expected. You may have a light individual with a standard weight. A hard type called MX-P 50 ° has also been released for MX-P, so if you want to use something heavy and hard, you can use MX-P 50 °.
Three features of Evolution MX-P
The ball holding and shot feeling is very similar to Tenergy 05!
It is easy to feel the ball holding when driving downwards or in a rally, and the shot feeling is exactly Tenergy 05! I felt that. It’s very easy to handle and I think many people like it. In addition, it is easy to rotate, and I felt that the response when hitting the ball and the amount of rotation are linked. Of course, the amount of rotation is still alive, and I think it will take a firm rotation.
Easy to play and meet, just rubber for the back!
I felt that the biggest difference from Tenergy 05 was the ease of playing. I felt that the Evolution MX-P 50 ° was also easy to play. After all, the MX-P sponge is not Tenergy’s Spring Sponge, so I feel that there will be a difference when it is applied thickly. It is MX-P that I felt that it was easy to reach the racket board when I hit it thickly. Therefore, I felt that it was a good feeling to use it for a bag that uses a lot of meat. I think the difficult part of Tenergy 05 is that it is difficult to meet, but MX-P is easy to meet and if you want to use both well, MX-P is recommended.
The sheet is stiff! It is not easily affected by rotation and has a long life!
MX-P is similar to Tenergy 05, but I felt the seat was a little stiff. Therefore, I felt that the MX-P is less susceptible to rotation than the Tenergy 05, and has a long life that bothers me with the Tenergy series. Although it is similar to Tenergy 05, it can be said that it is a part that can be said to be more advantageous than Tenergy 05.
Each technical review
Forehand
Light hit I thought that there was no performance that would automatically rotate like Tenergy 05.
Drive on long balls and rallies I felt that it was quite easy to hit the board when I let it bite into it. I don’t hate it, but I felt that the amount of rotation of the speed drive was a little insufficient.
Drive with open face There is a feeling that it bites into the ball and wraps it tightly, so I felt that it was spinning to some extent.
Loop (top spin) drive against back spin I felt it was very easy to do. I especially liked the feeling that it was easy to control the height and depth of the ball. Also, I think that the amount of rotation is not as much as Tenergy 05, but I felt that it was taking.
Speed drive against back spin I felt that the speed drive itself would fit in, but I felt that the amount of rotation was a little insufficient.
Curve / shoot drive Since it takes rotation, it bends firmly. I think the arch line is a little low.
Block It was easy to do. It was my favorite shot feeling. It’s a little hard, so I think people who are not good at it are not good at it.
Counter drive This was also easy to do. It was difficult to catch the counter drive during the ascending period, but I felt that it was easy to control when making the arc line by myself.
Stop It stopped and felt better than I expected.
Push This is also low. However, it may not be very sharp.
Service Spin is good.
Backhand
Light hit I didn’t feel that hard.
Drive on long balls and rallies There was a feeling that it would enter stably even if it was driven with a slight speed drive.
Loop (top spin) drive against back spin This was also easy to do. I felt that the amount of rotation was not that much, but it was good that there was a sense of stability.
Speed drive against back spin This was also pretty easy to do. I think it’s because the bite is good.
Block It was easy to stop.
Counter drive I could hardly try it, but since I entered with the first ball, it is not difficult to do.
Stop This also stops.
Push It is low and easy to control.
Chiquita It was easy to do. Since I have the ball, it was easy to spin firmly and prevent the next ball from being smashed.
Comparison with other rubbers (individual impressions)
Korean table tennis maker XIOM is an up-and-coming maker, and it is famous for two types of rubber series, the Vega series with good cost performance and the Omega series of high-end models. In particular, Vega Europe is a rubber that has the three beats of cost performance, ease of handling, and performance, and has penetrated the beginner-intermediate class! Recently, Brazilian hard hitter Hugo Calderano has signed a contract with XIOM, and even after changing the equipment, the world tour ranking has been steadily raised to a single digit. The Hugo Hyper Axylium and Omega VII Tour used by Calderano will also be on the rise.
The rubber reviewed on this page is XIOM’s Vega X. The Vega X commemorates the 10th anniversary of the sale of Vega in 2009 and is touted as the greatest rubber in Vega history. The rubber design follows the sponge of Vega PRO, but it seems to match the top sheet that adopted the same cycloid system as the Omega VII series. A rubber that stands between Omega and Vega has a low price of 4,200 yen + tax, but according to the World Table Tennis Kingdom, the performance is in the 6,000 yen range (Fastarc G-1, Rakza X, Evolution MX-P, etc.) It is said that they can compete with each other. Actually, he wanted to make it higher than 4,200 yen, but he probably decided to lower the price further to 4,200 yen + tax in anticipation of YASAKA’s Rigan (3,700 yen + tax)! I think that the high performance of the table tennis kingdom was also oozing out in the review. I am reviewing what kind of rubber it is actually
Performance value
As mentioned in the explanation, although the speed and spin performance are inferior to the Omega series, it stands out in the Vega series and you can see that it is outstanding. On the other hand, the Vega Tour sold in the past has a higher published performance value than the Vega X, and the Vega Tour has a higher published performance value than the Omega V series. To be honest, I felt very good about the Vega X test hit this time, so I’m thinking of trying the Vega Tour again with the current equipment! I hope you can expect that review as well.

・Spin:11.0
・Sponge stiffness:47.5°

・72 g (before cut) → 52 g (after cut)
After all, after all, XIOM’s rubber is heavy. However, with a ball or hitting a curtain, the rotation performance was very high and it felt very good!
3 features of Vega X
Even though it is easy to play, it has an outstanding ball holding and spin performance!
What I felt most when hitting a ball or hitting a curtain was the ball holding and the amount of rotation! This good hit feeling is also reproduced even if you hit it on the table, and when you think that you held the ball firmly and rotated it, you felt that you could hit the ball with the amount of rotation you expected, and it was a very pleasant test hit. !! Since I hold the ball firmly, I can control the ball firmly if I put up with it, but when I tried to play it as much as I wanted, I felt that the meat system would run as straight as I wanted! I felt it was very easy to use! The rotation performance is very high, and if you can use it properly, it will take about the same as Tenergy 05. However, I also felt that it was difficult to achieve rotation performance higher than Tenergy 05. Especially when used in the foreground, it was too soft and I felt a strong energy loss. However, it was easy to rotate, and it was very easy to serve and loop drive. I felt that this area was like Vega!
The balance between the hard sheet and the soft sponge is exquisite and easy to handle!
Obviously, the sheet was hard and the sponge was soft rubber, and it was a light feeling that did not remind me of 52 g. It is very easy to handle, and the direction of ease of handling is a good combination of rubber that makes it easy to put out high quality balls like Rasanter R48 and Rakza type that is easy to put on the table anyway. I felt like I was doing it. I’m not good at backhand, but Vega X matched the backhand outstandingly! I intuitively felt that the factor was the perfect balance of hardness between the seat and the sponge. I have the impression that rubber with a hard sheet takes a lot of rotation, but I feel that it is difficult because it needs to be firmly inserted. In order to handle V> 15 Extra and Fastarc G-1 (Fastarc G-1) etc., it is necessary to hit it once and then rotate it with the image of rotating it. I felt that I couldn’t hit it like that and needed to get used to it. However, Vega X does not need such a way of hitting, and I felt that a good enough ball would come out with the image of hitting while rubbing with a Rakza type or Tenergy type sheet! This part feels very good and makes me feel the ease of handling and the sharpness that I can not think of as the first hit!
Convinced masterpiece! Is it the weight that is missed !?
With this high performance, 4,200 yen + tax is too cheap! It’s odd! I was a little worried that it was a little heavy at 52 g and that it was slippery with Tsuttsuki, but I really liked this ease of handling, high performance, and cost performance! The meaning of the word “masterpiece”, katsuo000, is convincing. I don’t think the weight is so important for a racket with a grip center of gravity like the Zhang Jike model, and it slips, but I felt it was within the permissible range. Also of interest is the comparison with the Vega Tour. I haven’t used the Vega Tour in Zhang Jike ZLC, so I can’t make a simple comparison, but in the current image, the Vega X often slips a little, but it has a better ball holding than the Vega Tour and it doesn’t fly too much, so I’ll take the plunge. It’s an image that can be rotated. The Vega Tour was very similar to the Omega VII series and was a rubber that felt faster than holding and spinning. The published performance value is just the published value, and I feel that how much rotation is easy to apply on the table and how much it is applied are still different things.
Each technical review
Forehand
Light hit It doesn’t feel like flying and is very easy to do. I also felt that it was too soft.
Drive on long balls and rallies After all, the ball is shallow, and I felt that the ball would fall easily if I didn’t hit it a little. Especially in the case of inquiries, I also felt that the ball could not be flown unless it was attracted considerably. I think this area is a characteristic of soft and easy-to-use rubber. The rubber that felt the same softness was Rasanter R48, but R48 had a softer seat, I didn’t feel much power loss, and I think I didn’t feel that I couldn’t fly or fall. It may be said that R48 is the rubber that top players like.
Drive with open face Sounds good! Since it is spinning, it fell firmly and the ball entered deep.
Loop (top spin) drive against back spin I felt very good because I had a ball firmly. Even though it’s so easy to speed drive and meet, I honestly think that this ball holder is not another rubber! I felt that the drive had enough rotation!
Speed drive against back spin Normally, it is often difficult to do speed drive when loop drive is easy, but as mentioned above, I did not feel this Vega X. This was a surprise!
Curve / shoot drive
Block It was a good impression that the sheet was hard and I should block it with the image that I would go to overwrite the rotation from myself. I think it’s better to block in the front team so that it stretches a little at a high pitch.
Counter drive It was easy to do because the seat was hard and it had a ball. Since the seat is hard, it is not easily affected by rotation, and even if you drop the hitting point firmly, it is easy to counter firmly and there is also the ease of doing that is peculiar to rubber with a ball!
Stop It was slippery, but I was able to stop it. However, I think it is more stable if you do not slide it.
Push I felt that push was sharp because it also took a turn. It is an impression that it is stable by rotation. It was a very good rubber with good bite but no push!
Service I’m glad I was able to cut it firmly. It was a good feeling!
Backhand
Light hit It was a little easy, but once I got used to it, there was no problem.
Drive on long balls and rallies In the backhand, it was very easy to do with just the right hardness. It’s been a while since I’ve decided on such a backhand drive, and it’s been very pleasant!
Loop (top spin) drive against back spin It was easy to do! This ball holding is irresistible! There was a sense of security!
Speed drive against back spin Speed drive is also included! Rubber with a ball is often too hard to hit speed drive, but I don’t know of any other rubber that can hit speed drive so comfortably. It’s odd!
Block It was easy to put in, but it slipped a little.
Counter drive It wasn’t as easy as the fore. This is an ant that needs to hone his arms, isn’t it.
Stop It was good. It didn’t even pop out.
Push It was easy to cut and make a chance. It felt very good.
Chiquita It was easy to make an arc line and it was easy to do!
Comparison with other rubbers (individual impressions)
A rubber secures Mizutani Jun’s V10! (Champion ship in Japan)
Jun Mizutani defeated Liang Jingkun (China) in the December 2018 World Tour Grand Final quarterfinals. At that time, the rubber used by some core table tennis fans became a hot topic. Until then, Mizutani used double-sided Tenergy 80, but Mizutani’s rubber in the game video is not Tenergy but another rubber. And the announcement that the new Butterfly product will be announced was posted on the homepage, and the rumors of rubber for the All Japan Championship have been exhausted. I imagine that taking the plunge into a new rubber for the All Japan Championship is a decision that requires more courage than you can imagine. In fact, the butterfly contract players were divided into two, a new rubber, a player who changed to the rubber of the Dignics series and a player who used the Tenergy series as it is. The decision to challenge the Dyson Cyclone series seems to have been a rite of passage necessary for Mizutani’s unprecedented All Japan Championship V10. This year, Mizutani was overwhelmingly strong and advanced to the final with a 4-1 victory that allowed a straight 4-0 or 1 set, and achieved the 13th consecutive year of advancement to the All Japan Championship final from the third year of high school. Tomokazu Harimoto, who was the No. 1 candidate for the championship in the previous year, lost only two sets in the final with Yuya Oshima, who won with power, but there was no match that was tangled up to the full set, and champion Jun Mizutani. It was an all-Japan championship where the V10 and strength of the players marked a new history.
Supplement 1 It seems that the rubber on the fore side that Mizutani used at the World Tour Grand Final was not Dignics 80, but Dignics 05. After that, he adjusted for the All Japan Championship and seems to have won the double-sided Dignics 80.
Supplement 2 From the above, you may think that the players who did not use the Dignics series and could not use it were just at a disadvantage. However, I would like to add that there were many butterfly contract players who tried using the Dignics series but eventually returned to the Tenergy series. I would like to emphasize that while there are merits if you can master it, there are also disadvantages when you cannot master it.
The previous reputation is Dignics 80, which exceeds Dignics 05!
After that, Dignics 05 was released in April 2019, and half a year later, the long-awaited champion Mizutani released Dignics 80, which is currently used on both sides. Before and after the release, many trial hit reviews and videos were posted at table tennis shops. The evaluation in the review was extremely high, and it was said that it would be the Dignics 80 that will increase the number of sales in the general public compared to the previously released Dignics 05.
Comparison of published performance values
As you can see from the performance, Dignics 80 is a rubber with extremely high performance that has higher spin and speed than Tenergy 05. And you can see that it is inferior in spin but superior in speed compared to Dignics 05.
Spring Sponge X and Dignics series seats
I think Spring Sponge X is an evolved version of Spring Sponge used in the Tenergy series. It seems that the spring sponge is a closed cell sponge that cannot be manufactured by other rubber manufacturers. It seems that Spring Sponge X is made by making the closed cells of the spring sponge finer while maintaining independence. As a result, Spring Sponge X is 14% easier to deform than Spring Sponge, and the repulsive force is improved by 3%. Speaking of the Tenergy series spring sponge, the orange sponge is characteristic, but the Dignics series spring sponge X is characterized by the crimson red color, and you can tell at a glance that it is the Dignics series. It is also introduced that the surface strength and ball holding have been improved. Regarding ball holding, it is introduced that the counter and Chiquita caught on the seat are more stable. In addition, although it is strong, Mizutani also mentioned that it took longer to replace the rubber. Certainly, it takes longer for the sheet to turn white than the Tenergy series, and if the storage conditions are good, the sheet will not deteriorate for nearly a year. Considering the rubber as a whole, the tension of Spring Sponge X seems to loosen, so I feel that the state changes from moment to moment. The seats of the Dignics series have a stronger transparency, but it seems that they use strong seats that are close to the cloudy seats made in Germany, so I feel that Chiquita and counters are extremely easy to do.
Other
I think Mizutani had commented on Dignics on the Butterfly homepage or on Twitter, but I couldn’t find it. I think the content was that “you can counter the Chinese player’s drive without losing.” I think that the drive of Chinese players is characterized by the amount of rotation and speed using Hurricane adhesive rubber and the power of the habit ball. I think that it is a rubber called Dignics that can counter drive without losing to the drive peculiar to this adhesive rubber.

Three features of Dignix 80
Easy to hit counter drive and Chiquita!
I wrote it in the review of Dignics 05. The counter drive is very easy to hit because the seat is stronger. You can easily determine the counter drive by deciding the angle and swinging through. Chiquita is also easy to do. The seat will lift the ball on its own. This ease of use and the strength of the seat are like rubber made in Germany. This manageability is great. I think there are merits to using Dignics 80 just for these points.
Easier to handle than Dignics 05! Rubber with improved performance with a shot feeling close to Tenergy 05
What is noteworthy about Dignics 80 is that it is easier to handle than Dignics 05. The hardness is the same, but the 05 sheet is characterized by a narrow grain spacing. Due to this grain shape, Dignics 05 has the impression that it is hard to bite and the ball separates quickly. Dignics 05 has a strong habit and it takes time to get used to it. I think there is a possibility that the FX series with soft hardness will be sold in the Dignics series as well as the Tenergy series in the future, but at present the Dignics 05 is difficult to handle and the number of sales may not increase. On the other hand, Dignics 80 is extremely easy to handle. I think this is because the grain spacing of the sheet in Dignics 80 is a little wider than that in Dignics 05, so it is easier to bite into it. The ball holding is also outstandingly good, and I feel that Chiquita, who needs to bite himself, is quite easy to do. The first impression I had was “a rubber that evolved Tenergy 05”. I think Tenergy 05 is easy to handle and rotate, but I feel that Dignix 80 is a rubber that has improved speed performance and rotation performance while maintaining that ease of handling. For those who use Tenergy 05, I would recommend Dignics 80. I haven’t been able to compare the numbers, but the image is as follows. Lightweight and high performance rubber
The rubber weight of the Dignics 80 when I tried it was 48 g, which was the same as the Dignics 05. Despite being a rubber weighing less than 50 g, it has rotational performance, speed performance, and ease of hitting the counter, and has the characteristics of a butterfly rubber. I think there are rubbers with similar performance in high-end rubbers from other manufacturers, but I think it’s normal to easily exceed 50 g. Light weight and high performance are just synonymous with butterfly. I will supplement it in a little more detail. Tenergy 05, which is overwhelmingly used in the world, is characterized by its high rotational performance. Due to its high rotational performance, the amount of rotation of the ball may be comparable to that of adhesive rubber. And since Tenergy 05 is a spin type tension rubber, it has higher speed performance than adhesive rubber if there is no post-processing. It is this rubber called Dignics 80 that has higher rotation performance and higher speed performance than the Tenergy 05.
Each technical review
Forehand
Light hit It was hard to feel the difference from Dignics 05.
Drive on long balls and rallies I felt a difference from around here. The biggest difference was the depth of the ball, and I felt that Dignics 05 was deeper and Dignics 80 was shallower. Shallow may be a disadvantage, but when you want to hit a ball that cuts the side, it may be easier for the shallower to enter, so I think it is a way of thinking. I felt that the ball had a better hold than the Tenergy 80. Personally, I felt that it was a change that went in the direction I liked more than Tenergy 80. I think that some people prefer faster ball release.
Loop (top spin) drive against back spin I was surprised that it took more rotation than I expected. I didn’t mean to go that far, but I can get the same amount of rotation as Tenergy 05 and Tenergy 05 Hard. I felt that the amount of rotation of Max when I took the plunge was inferior to Tenergy 05 Hard and Dignics 05, but since the amount of rotation of the casual drive was more than I imagined, the quality of the connection and Chiquita is high. I felt it intuitively.
Counter drive It was as easy to do as Dignics 05. I felt that Dignics 05 was easier to counter with a large amount of rotation, but it was not that it was easier to get an arc. Rather, I felt that the Dignics 80 was less susceptible to rotation.
Stop Like Dignics 05, I felt it was easy to cut with a sheet. If you get used to it, obviously the rubber of the Dignics series will be easy to do on the table. If you don’t get used to it, it will fly away, so please be careful.
Serve It’s not as good as Dignics 05, but I felt that it was easier to rotate when it was bitten.
Backhand
Comparison with other rubbers (individual impressions)
I would like to review the rubber of andro, which is a German table tennis bland and always has a stylish and unique presence. I think andro has clearly become more prominent in Japan in recent years. The reasons for this include Simon Gauzy (France), who has won the 2017 Table Tennis World Cup against Jun Mizutani and the 2019 World Championship against Xu Xin (China), uses andro’s blade and rubbers. And also. there is a fact that the andro’s blade and rubbers used by Akifumi Hamakawa, who entered the 2019 All Japan Championship as a ranker.
From Rasant to Rasanter
andro was selling the characteristic green sponge rubber Rasant series (Rasant, Rasant Grip, Rasant Power Grip, Rasant Power Sponge, Rasant Beat, and Rasant Turbo) as a symbol until 2016. The 6 rubbers of Rasant series have all been discontinued, and a new lineup called Rasanter has been launched in 2017. The Rasanter series is a new flagship rubber that uses the same green sponge as the Rasant series. The Razanter series includes the R series, which has high spin performance and makes it easy to make arcs, and the V series, which has high speed performance in addition to spin performance. I am. In addition, ahead of other German manufacturers, it will be a rubber lineup equipped with Ultra Max, a technology that makes the sponge thickness 2.3 mm. This technology seems to have been applied to top players before that, and it is a rubber that makes the seat thinner than the current one and makes the sponge thicker by that amount. There is an international rule that the thickness of rubber, including the adhesive layer, should be 4.0 mm or less, so it is necessary to make the sheet thinner in order to make the sponge thicker. It is said that rubber with a thin seat and thick sponge is easier to get rotation, speed and flight distance, and it is easier to get the performance to receive top players. However, thinning the sheet tends to cause manufacturing variations, and it seems that it was not widely available before that. Perhaps the latest technology has increased productivity, and as a result, it has become possible to produce rubber with thin sheets and thick sponges at a low price, and it is believed that it has been sold to the general market. This technology does not seem to be in the rubber of Butterfly, who sells the Tenergy series, which is the world standard for table tennis equipment in Japan and around the world, and even though Butterfly is still extra thick, the sponge thickness is 2.1 mm. It remains. In recent years, other German manufacturers are increasing the number of rubber sheets with thin sheets and thick sponges. Up to now, 9 types of Rasanter have been sold, 7 types for the R series and 2 types for the V series.
Rasanter series
The Rasanter series have a naming similar to the series in which the sponge hardness can be finely selected with the rotating R and the speed V, but when I actually tried it, it was different from my imagination. Apparently, the hardness of the sponge was changed, and the shape of the sheet was also changed, so the shot feeling, performance, and easy-to-use technology were different. Furthermore, although the V series is certainly fast, it is not a rubber specialized for speed because it takes a lot of spin tension and rotation. katsuo000 has tried out R53, R48, R50, R47 and V47, and we would like to summarize the comparison in the future. I would like to comment here that the grain shape of the sheets of R53, R48, and R50 is a little thin and the grain shape feels a little quick to separate from the ball. Compared to Dignics 05 and Tenergy 05, I think the grain shape of the sheet makes it harder to feel the ball holding. On the other hand, the sheet is soft and the sponge has a good bite, so I think that it is a rubber that feels like a ball when it bites into the whole rubber. Initially launched in 2017, there were six types: R50, R47, R42, R37, V47, and V42. Furthermore, in October 2019, the R53 equipped with Energy Cell technology was newly released, and in May 2020, the R48 also equipped with Energy Cell technology was newly released. Currently, andro’s flagship rubber is R53, R48 and R45.
Published performance value comparison
andro’s published performance value comparison. Is Andro characterized by adding an item called control in addition to speed and spin? After all, R53 and R48 with energy cells have high performance and will be a hot rubber!
If you look at the R53 review, you’ll get speed! However, in terms of published performance values, V47 is supposed to be faster. I’ve already tried R53, R48, R50, R47, and V47, so I’ll understand, so I’ll comment. I think V47 is faster than R53 in simple speed. I think V47 is faster than you can feel because it has a very straight trajectory. In particular, the V47’s midfield drive gives the impression of considerable speed. On the other hand, the R53 draws an arch line very strongly, which gives the impression that the ball is slower than it feels. However, I feel that the R53 feels faster with pressure and pressure balls! Especially, the drive of R53 has a feeling of accelerating by rotation while drawing an arch line! I think that the time it takes for the ball to reach the opponent’s platform is numerically faster with the V47, but I think that is largely due to the straight trajectory. Table tennis is not just a competition for simple speed. The R53 has outstandingly high ball power, amount of rotation, and acceleration due to rotation while drawing an arch line, so it can be said that it is a green (red?) Monster rubber!
R53 rubber pasting and weight
As usual, I pasted it on Butterfly’s Zhang Jike ZLC. The adhesive used is Butterfly’s Free Chack II.
It’s heavy!
I haven’t posted the photo before it was pasted, but it weighed 52 g. This is heavyweight! But not as much as the Omega VII Tour and the Omega VII Hyper.

Three features of Rasanter R53
Drastic speed and spin drive different from adhesive rubber!
I think one of the features of R53 is drastic speed and spin drive (the habit ball). The habit ball may be about katsuo000, but I have the impression that gyro spin and side spin are easier to enter than a beautiful vertical spin drive. I got the impression that it tends to be a drive with acceleration due to rotation, like a spiral rotation, instead of a habit ball like adhesive rubber. Also, since it is a spin type tension, it is not as easy as adhesive rubber to drop the RBI, but even if I drop the RBI, I felt that the swing was swung forward. The arc line with horizontal rotation gives the impression that it draws a fairly large arc and heads toward the table. I drew an arch line to accelerate with Guin, so I was very impressed with the feeling of exhilaration and running. Similar drives can be rotated with Tenergy 05 Hard (Tenergy 05 Hard, Butterfly, sponge hardness 43 °) or Spin Art (Spin Art, Butterfly, currently out of print, sponge hardness 48 ° (Butterfly hardness)). It is an image that comes out when you hit a power drive with a lot of. The amount of rotation of R53 is slightly lower, but I felt that it was easy to hit the power drive continuously and easily!
High amount of spin and ease of spin!
The second feature I felt was the high rotational performance. I think that it has a high rotation performance that is comparable to or better than Tenergy 05. Of course, the R53 can get a high amount of rotation when it is rubbed up as much as possible, but it was impressive that the drive rotation was quite high even if it became a sung drive. It seems that abundant amount of rotation can be obtained if rotation can be applied with an impact above a certain level. To be honest, it is difficult to do a loop drive with the maximum amount of rotation. It’s probably because the grain shape is a little thin, so it’s hard to feel the ball holding, and the loop drive that is easy to do with adhesive rubber etc. is hard to do. Adhesive rubber and Dignics 09C and Dignics 05 are easier to do for loop drive with maximum rotation. Although the rubber itself is not a rubber that specializes in rotational performance, I think that it has high rotational performance and performance that makes it easier to rotate than imagined.
Ease of hitting speed drive
The third is speed drive. Depending on the person, it may be called a power drive. It was a rubber that was very easy to hit with speed drive. There was a feeling that if you shake it forward, the speed drive will enter stably. Also, even if it hits the ball quite thickly, the sheet and sponge easily bite into it, so I felt that it drew an arc trajectory more than I imagined and it became a speed drive without permission. The trajectory is just an arch trajectory, and I personally found it a little difficult to hit a straight meet. Since the sheet is quite soft and easy to bite, it needs an impact above a certain level, but since it also draws an arch line, it was easy to hit the speed drive anyway. However, rather than a speed drive that has speed and a clear amount of rotation like adhesive rubber and Tenergy 05, it was a speed drive that was satisfied with the stability of the speed drive and a speed drive that could punch through.
Impression
As for the impression of katsuo000, it was a very satisfying rubber. I think it was a very good rubber with 90 points out of 100 points. It can be said that this is an evaluation excluding the price and will be higher if the price is included. The reason why I can’t give a perfect score personally is that the seat is too soft, so the counter drive is a little difficult, and I felt that it was a little sensitive to the rotation of the opponent’s strong rotation drive and it was difficult to block. I was not dissatisfied with the ball holding for the amount used in the foreground, and I felt that loop driving was a little difficult. If Dignics 05 wasn’t sold and only Tenergy 05 and Tenergy 05 hardware were sold, I think I would have switched.
Each technical review
Forehand
Light hit I feel that the sheet is quite soft. The sheet is soft and you can feel the bite strongly. I feel that there are different tastes around here.
Drive on long balls and rallies When you hit the drive, you’ll want to say “Rampage Horse!” Or “Rampage Shogun!”. That much ball swells! Unleash! It’s a great drive!
Drive with open face Since it bites well, it is easy to hit a drive with an open surface. There is no such thing as a sticky rubber-like habit ball, but it felt good even with a drive that spins while opening the adhesive rubber-like surface and hitting it. The sponge is really easy to bite into, and the blue sponge of the leopard is an overstatement, but I felt that there was a similar part.
Loop (top spin) drive against back spin You can hit it in the foreground without any problems. However, I felt that it would be difficult to hit the ball too much, and it was a little difficult to hit the loop drive, which is shallow, slow, and has a lot of rotation. I think this is due to the grain shape being a little thinner, but it was a little difficult to control the depth of the ball because the ball was released a little faster. Even if you drop the hitting point a little, I think it is better to move forward and make a high quality rotation and a fast drive.
Speed drive against back spin It was easy to hit the speed drive, which is the true value. Even though it is a rubber with high rotation performance, it is easy to hit speed drive, which is a very contradictory performance and I think it is very wonderful. The shot feeling, ease of shooting, and trajectory of the drive are completely different, but I think it is a feature like Dignics 05.
Curve / shoot drive I like the curve drive. I want to get involved and drive! I think that the swell of the ball will be more tasteful if you add horizontal rotation, so let’s curve it more and more!
Block If you just hit it, it will be slightly affected by the rotation. Therefore, I think it is better to positively put in rotation like an active block from yourself.
Counter Drive It was a little hard to hit. I got the impression that it is easier to do a counter drive like Simon Gauzy who goes down a little and holds the ball firmly and overwrites it, and it is a little difficult to counter drive in front of the apex where the RBI is early.
Stop It was pretty easy to stop. With the impact of bench technology like push, the sponge hardly bites and it is very easy to stop. Also, it was reasonably easy to cut if it was captured on a sheet. If you let it bite into the sponge, it will be easier to get a long distance and it will be difficult to stop.
Push It’s easy to push, but if you let it bite into the sponge, the flight distance will be longer than you imagined and it’s easy to over-miss. I think that it is more stable and easier to rotate if you cut it firmly with a sheet.
Backhand
Light hit I felt the speed of leaving the ball from a light hit.
Drive on long balls and rallies With the backhand, there were a lot of delays and I felt that I was lacking in technical skills. After all it is heavy and hard and the impact is not enough sweat.
Loop (top spin) drive against back spin It was quite difficult. It’s a lack of technology.
Speed drive against back spin It was quite difficult in the back. This is also a lack of technical capabilities.
Curve / shoot drive When hitting the curtain, the rotation was quite comfortable. I tried it in practice, but there were a lot of over-misses because the flight distance came out quite a bit.
Block As I am getting used to Dignics 05, it was difficult to compare because the ball holding was short and it was easily affected by rotation. Since I often use spin tension with high rotation performance, I feel that it is easier to block with rubber that feels like holding a ball. I feel that I can return the ball after holding the ball firmly. I think it’s easier to do than Dignics 05 if you just hit it and block it with the image of making a wall against the ball.
Counter drive When using it in the back, the counter block was easier to do than the counter drive. It’s close to what you touched on the block. Since it bites well and the grains are thin, I think that meat and blocks are easy to do in rubber with high rotation performance. It’s a technique that I don’t use a lot and I rarely use in games.
Stop Tenergy 05 hard showed It was as easy as stop. I felt that it was not a rubber that cuts and stabilizes, but since the sponge of the sheet is hard, I felt that it was reasonably strong and easier to cut with the sheet than R48.
Push If you let it bite in, it will fly away, so be careful only there. I felt the high rotation performance by cutting firmly.
Chiquita It was difficult because the flight distance was too long.
Comparison with other rubbers (individual impressions)
Spin amount R53 > Tenergy 05 > Omega VII Tour
Speed Dignics 05 > R53 > Tenergy 05
Ease of drawing an arc when biting into it (easiness of sinking the ball) Dignics 09C > R53 > Dignics 05
Dignics 05 is a rubber that Butterfly started selling in April 2019. Until now, it was sold as a rubber that surpasses the Butterfly’s world standard rubber, Tenergy. Tenergy is the world standard rubber because Tenergy used by more than half of the top players. Dignics can be said to be the next generation world standard. Its performance is more than Tenergy, and top players who contract with Butterfly use Dignics, and immediately, they obtained successful results. This fact showed a high advertising effect. Dignics showed focus of attention. It’s a top-of-top rubber.
The encounter with this rubber was actually not very good. At that time, I used adhesive rubber for the fore, and at first I bought it because I wanted to use it for the backhand. I actually tried using it in the backhand, but I couldn’t use it continuously due to lack of backhand technology. After that, I had the opportunity to participate in the national tournament of the group, and I saw several butterfly contract players practicing with Dignics 05. I used to use adhesive rubber for the fore, but I remember being surprised at the speed of the ball, which I couldn’t get even with Tenergy 05, let alone the adhesive rubber. I want to fight on the stage of the whole country! I decided to change to Dignics 05 because I wanted to review the equipment.
Published performance value
As you can see from the comparison of tool performance values, Dignics 05 has higher rotational performance and speed performance than Tenergy 05. Tenergy 05 also has high rotation performance, and the quality of the loop drive and the rotation amount of the serve are comparable to the adhesive rubber. Dignics 05 is a rubber that has been announced as a rubber that has rotational performance and speed performance that exceeds that of Tenergy 05. I used to use adhesive rubber, but I am currently using Dignics 05, and I am not dissatisfied with the amount of rotation.
In addition, although it is strong, Mizutani Jun also mentioned that it took longer to replace the rubber. The Dignics series seats have a stronger transparency, but it seems that they use strong seats that are close to the cloudy seats made in Germany, so I feel that Chiquita and counters are outstandingly easy to do.
Dignics 05 weight and paste
I put it on the main racket Zhang Jike ZLC.
The adhesive used is Free Chack II. I pasted Dignics 05 with Free Chuck 2 many times, but it was about 48 g. Free Chuck 2 tends to be heavy if it is applied too much, so you should be careful. Dignics 05 is a hard rubber, but we do not recommend it because if you apply it too thick, the spin performance will drop.

Three features of Dignics 05
Highest performance of both spin and speed
After all, it has extremely high rotational performance. Loop drive is at a level where even all-Japan championship contestants can invite over-misses at first sight. The trajectory is high unlike adhesive rubber, but the amount of rotation clearly demonstrates high performance comparable to adhesive rubber. In addition, the speed of the ball is clearly faster than Tenergy 05. It can be said that it is one of the strongest rubbers that has both rotational performance and speed performance. It is a high-end rubber that can obtain rotation and speed as if using an organic solvent, even though it is not coated with an organic solvent.
Easy to do counter drive!
Furthermore, what is amazing is the ease of counter drive. To be honest, it doesn’t matter what the angle is, and if you hit the speed drive by catching the ball directly above the opponent’s drive as if crushing the ball, it has amazing counter drive performance that you can almost enter. I felt it was no exaggeration to say that it was quite strong against the opponent’s drive. The ease of use of this counter drive is also a reason for using this rubber as a professional rubber. Probably the reason why Dignics 05 has high counter drive performance is because the seat is strong. I think it is stronger against the opponent’s drive because the seat is stronger and harder than Tenergy 05. Even if you can’t counter drive, I think the delicacy of the block angle has become dull. I think this is also because the seat has become stronger. I feel that rubber with high rotation performance is generally delicate for balls with a large amount of rotation such as the opponent’s drive and serve. Personally, I feel that Tenergy 05 is more difficult to adjust to the opponent’s drive at an angle. On the other hand, Dignics 05 has the impression that it can be inserted even if you do not know the angle if you just insert it against the opponent’s drive. In some games, I actually felt that I was able to win because of this rubber. I think that rubber that can demonstrate its strength against the opponent’s aggressive drive ball is one of the performances required for modern table tennis! As I mentioned earlier, I think it should be noted that it has the characteristics of being light while having this high spin performance and speed performance. You may be worried that the ball will be lighter because it is lighter, but I think that you can control it with the side balancer, so I think that lightness is a merit. No other rubber weighs less than 50 g with this much rotational and speed performance. I don’t think the Dignics 05 ball is light, as the people I often practice with say that the ball is heavy. There may be occasions when it is better to hit a drive with a low trajectory, as it is the only one that tends to have a high trajectory.
Each technical review
Forehand
Light hit There is no feeling that it takes a lot of rotation from a light hit. I felt that the grain shape of the sheet was probably similar to or similar to Tenergy 05. There is an image that the speed of Tenergy 05 is considerably slower than that of Tenergy 80, but the seat grips the ball firmly, so it feels like it takes a lot of rotation. In Dignics 05, if you catch it on the seat a little, the ball will stretch to the extent that it will be very difficult for the opponent to pick it up. When you hit it with a slight meat, it feels like the ball is flying in a straight line, but as you use it, you feel that it draws an arc. I felt that it was similar to adhesive rubber in drawing an arc even with meat.
Drive in the rally It takes a lot of rotation. In particular, when you use the opponent’s ball to bite into the sponge and hit it, it may show an aggressive trajectory that makes it dive to the opponent’s platform. It doesn’t have the quirkyness of sinking like a sticky rubber habit ball, but the trajectory that jumps onto the table with a strong rotation, hops and jumps up is exactly the trajectory peculiar to Dignix 05, which goes over Tenergy 05. This trajectory peculiar to Dignics 05 is a point I like very much. Also, the speed is of course faster than Tenergy 05. I feel that it is equal to or better than Tenergy 80. As an image, it has a mysterious sense of speed that the speed is higher than the Tenergy 80 even though it draws an arch line, and although it is as fast as the Tenergy 80, the ball stands with a mysterious rhythm that has a long anti-aircraft time due to the drawing of the arc line. Sprint. I felt that the characteristics of this rubber would not be utilized if I just played it like a spin-type tension rubber when hitting it down. When the hitting point drops, you can get a terrible trajectory and rotation amount by firmly biting into the rubber. It is good to be able to drive with emphasis on rotation just like adhesive rubber. I also like the fact that you can hit it even if the speed drive is slower than you can hit with adhesive rubber. I feel that it is very good to be able to aim at one shot even if it goes down with the momentum as if you are applying an organic solvent. For both curve drive and shoot drive, if you drop the hitting point and apply a firm rotation, you will get a smooth bend. Good! If anything, it is easy to over-miss or slow down the trajectory in a curve drive, so it is easier to hit a wonderful drive if you hit it with a shot drive or open side.
Drive with open face In order to hit the speed drive with adhesive rubber, there is a way to hit the drive with the surface open. I think that my arm is bad, but some spin tension rubbers are hard to rotate when driving with the surface open. Even if you hit with the side open with Dignics 05, it will rotate firmly, so speed drive is also very easy to hit. However, I felt that it would be difficult to put it on the opponent’s court because it is not an adhesive rubber to the stone if the hitting point is dropped too much. I think that spin type tension rubber has sufficient performance.
Loop (top spin) drive against back spin I mainly use the loop drive that rotates with the seat, but it is quite good. Since I am still lacking in skill, I will hit a loop drive by raising the arch line a lot to make sure that I can put it on the opponent’s court, but even if it becomes a fairly high ball, it is spinning more than it looks. As a result, it becomes a weapon that can be scored only with this loop drive. Even when you just jump in and let it bite in, it feels like it will rotate more than you imagined, and you can invite mistakes. If you can hit a loop drive with a low arc line, I think that it will be a fairly good quality loop drive. I’ve written only good things, so I’ll describe the points that I felt needed to get used to. It is a wonderful Dignics 05 against the upper rotation without any enemy, but because of its high rotation performance, it is easily affected by the rotation of the lower rotation system remaining on the ball. Also, the ball is released quite quickly. I imagine that many people find it difficult to handle because of these two points. When driving downwards, including loop drive, I became more stable by hitting the ball not only with my arms but also with my body and hips. I think that the grip is very poor, so I think many people find it difficult around here.
Speed drive against back spin The speed drive is also pretty good. You can go both a speed drive that emphasizes speed that you bring with impact, which seems to be a spin type tension, and a heavy speed drive that opens the surface and takes a lot of rotation. Since the speed is faster than Tenergy 05, it is good to be able to stabilize with the amount of rotation even though you can aim for no-touch ace. When the ball quality is complete, the counter will be targeted, so I would like to improve my technical capabilities so that I will not focus on speed drive.
Block Blocks are clearly better than Tenergy 05. Tenergy 05 was easily affected by the rotation of the opponent and was light, so I felt like it was being played. However, the block of Dignics 05 is quite stable, probably because the sponge is hard and the sheet is strong. It’s easy to insert blocks even if you make a rough angle. I felt that it was very easy to guess and put it in. There are even games that I won thanks to this rubber block. I have a pretty strong impression on the ball that spins up!
Counter drive this! Dignics 05 has a pretty good counter drive. Once you know the course, all you have to do is grab the opponent’s ball and give it rotation and speed, and you can hit a strong counter drive. It was a rubber that was quite easy to counter drive. The ease of hitting this counter drive is also a favorite of Dignics 05.
Stop At first I played it and it was quite difficult. However, by hooking it with the seat, it became possible to apply considerable rotation even on the table, and it became stable. The sponge is also hard, so it fits nicely. Perhaps Dignics 05 is easier to stop than other Dignics.
Push It also suffers from a stop, but it is easy to rotate. Compared to Spin Art, it is inferior to Spin Art, but I think that Dignics 05 is also a rubber that can be used as a weapon. Personally, I think it’s easier to use as a weapon than the push of Dignics 09C.
Flick I felt that the flick to adjust the angle was not very stable. I think it’s better to take the plunge and aim for a bang because it gives you more momentum. I think that it will be stable if the racket hits the ball and then swings further upward so that it will rotate naturally. If you want to swing parallel to the table, I think the knuckle flick type is better.
Serve Since I changed to Dignics 05, the amount of rotation has increased, of course, but more than that, the Young Generation (YG) serve has come to be cut off. It cuts sharply. It is very useful to be able to put out a downward rotation serve in the reverse horizontal rotation system because it is possible to put out variations in the serve. Also, it is useful because it is easy to cut it with a bumping serve or make it into a knuckle. I feel that it is easy to serve the lower rotation system with a fast ball foot in addition to the forward horizontal lower rotation system serve of the scooping system to secure the amount of rotation. However, it took me a long time to get used to it.
Backhand
Light hit As I felt in the forehand, I can get a ball that stretches like an active block just by hooking it on the seat a little. It’s good that it’s easy to speed up! Moreover, the ball, which looks like a straight trajectory close to the meat from the opponent’s point of view, is very stable. It was very reliable because the meat type or speed type drive was automatically stabilized.
Drive in the rally When I used it a year ago, it wasn’t stable at all, but it seems that the impact of the backhand has improved considerably in a year, which is quite good. Also, I prefer to hit the backhand drive after letting it bite into it, but I think that it is Dignics 05 that it can rotate enough and give power even with that way of hitting. As an aside, both Tenergy 05 and Dignics 05 can hit a powerful ball even if they hit the rubber made in Germany. I feel again that it is a high-performance rubber. Personally, it was more stable and comfortable to hit with the rotation priority, such as hitting with only the sheet, because the amount of rotation increased. I felt that the high performance that does not choose such a way of hitting is like a butterfly rubber. Also, with Tenergy 05 and Tenergy 05 Hard, if the surface is turned down too much, such as when hitting lightly, it may fall off, but with Dignics 05, the seat is caught more strongly, probably because it is stronger. I felt that it was quite stable even when the surface was turned down considerably.
Loop (top spin) drive against back spin I felt that the amount of rotation was a little inferior when compared to the forehand drive, but I was still able to put it in stably. A year ago, I couldn’t feel the stability because I hit it only by hand. Now that I’m trying to put my waist and body in, I was able to put it in fairly stably. Moreover, it was a good impression that I could hit a fairly aggressive drive.
Speed drive against back spin This was also pretty good! Personally, I was able to easily hit the speed drive by hitting with the core in mind so as not to lose to the ball. I was able to stably hit a speed drive at a level that could force the opponent to block if used in a match. It was really difficult to pull out the speed drive with one shot, but it felt quite good to hit a stable and powerful drive rather than going around and forehand driving.
Block I felt it in the foreground, but of course the back is also good. It was possible to block without difficulty even in the loop of Dignics 09C. I think it’s because the seat has become stronger.
Counter drive As you can imagine, it’s pretty good. If you hit it so that it catches the top of the ball, the counter drive is completed without permission. If you aim for more power and hit hard, you can hit a ball like a rising counter. It’s terrible.
Stop You can stop it without any problems. It felt good.
Push I felt it in push practice, but it is easier to cut with push than I imagined. I’m not good at it and I mainly use Zhang Jike ZLC of the outer ZLC, so I felt that it was difficult to get rid of it even with Tenergy 05, but I felt that it was easier to get rid of it with this Dignics 05. It bounces, so I think the trick is to hit it with just the sheet.
Chiquita Since the rubber is light, it is easy to respond to sudden changes in the ball, and I felt that it was easy to Chiquita. However, I haven’t been able to keep up with my arm yet, and it’s not as stable as a backhand drive. In the future, I would like to practice to stabilize Chiquita as an extension of the backhand drive.
